In Our Life: Now & Forever, your protagonist is entirely yours to sculpt. Moving to Golden Grove at age 10 with your mother, you choose how you express yourself visually, emotionally, and socially across every single Step of life.

Dress-Up Doll System: Choose hairstyles, face shapes, eye colors, freckles, and cozy autumn apparel.

Dynamic Identity Sheet: Customize pronouns, nicknames, height, body type, and personality traits.

1. Names & Nicknames

Input your first name, surname, and preferred cul-de-sac nickname. Tamarack and Qiu will use your nickname during playful or tender moments, while town elders and teachers use your formal name.

2. Industry-Leading Pronoun Parser

Select standard pronouns (she/her, he/him, they/them), mixed pronouns (such as she/they or he/they), or input complete custom neopronoun sets with customized subject, object, and possessive grammar.

3. In-Game Paper Doll Visuals

Customize hairstyles, hair colors, skin tones, eye colors, glasses, freckles, and outfits for each life stage. Your character sprite updates dynamically in mirror reflections and menu profiles.

4. Dynamic Dialogue Personality

Express yourself through Direct, Gentle, Playful, or Reserved dialogue options. The game tracks your consistency while always allowing you to shift tone whenever a poignant moment demands it.
